TRADING STATEMENT

In   accordance  with   paragraph 3.4(b)   of  the  Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably
certain that the financial results for the period to be
reported on will be more than 20% different than that of the
previous reporting period.

Shareholders are advised that the Company’s headline earnings
per share for the six months ended 30 September 2012 is
expected to be 20% to 25% greater than that reported on for
the previous corresponding period.

The financial results on which this updated trading statement
is based have not been reviewed or reported on by the
Company’s auditors. It is anticipated that the Company’s
results will be released on or about 12 November 2012.
