RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR                                               
Clicks Group announces the resignation of Executive Director and Chief Financial
Officer, Keith Warburton, with effect from 31 March 2011.                       
Keith joined the group in September 2005 and was appointed as an executive      
director in April 2006.                                                         
David Kneale, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "Keith has made an outstanding
contribution over the past five years and has been instrumental in transforming 
the financial and reporting function, working capital utilisation and capital   
management of the group. Keith has decided to take a break from the corporate   
environment to pursue his personal interests and have more time with his family.
We are very sorry to see Keith leave and wish him every success in the future.  
"As Keith will be with the group for another eight months this will allow us    
adequate time to recruit a replacement and facilitate a smooth transition in    
this key role. We will start the selection process immediately and hope to      
announce a successor shortly."
