EXTENSION TO POSTING OF CIRCULAR


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on 1 February 2023 with regard to the proposed acquisition of
Magetz Electrical cc and Power On Wheels cc (together, "Bundu Power") (the "Proposed Transaction").
Shareholders were also advised that full details of the Proposed Transaction would be set out in a circular (the
"Circular") to be distributed by Ellies to its shareholders, which Circular would include, inter alia, the historical
financial information of Bundu Power and pro forma financial effects of the Proposed Transaction, together with
reporting accountant's reports in this regard (the "Financial Disclosures").

In order to allow sufficient time for the preparation of the Financial Disclosures, the JSE has granted Ellies an extension
to finalise and distribute the Circular. As such, the Circular is expected to be distributed to shareholders on or about
31 May 2023.
