Shareholders are advised that Vukile's integrated annual report containing the audited financial statements
for the year ended 31 March 2018 (on which the company's auditors have expressed an unmodified
opinion), has been published on the company's website, www.vukile.co.za, today (Tuesday, 31 July 2018),
and contains no changes to the summarised audited results for the year ended 31 March 2018, released on
SENS on 30 May 2018. The notice of annual general meeting was dispatched to shareholders on Monday,
16 July 2018.

Shareholders are further notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company’s
annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment
Act 53 of 2003 read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has
been published and is available on the Company’s website, http://vukile.co.za/corporate-overview/corporate-
