Redefine International, a UK Real Estate Investment Trust (“UK-REIT”), will announce its results for the six months
ended 28 February 2014 on Wednesday, 30 April 2014.

There will be a presentation and a live webcast for analysts at 9.00am (UK time), 10.00am (SA time) on 30 April 2014,
