RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Due to the growing demands of his private business interests, Mr.
Atul Gupta has resigned as an independent non-executive director
of Comair Limited, with effect from 12 November 2013. Mr. Gupta
has been a director since June 2009.
