KEITH WARBURTON APPOINTED CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF CLICKS

Clicks Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Keith Warburton to the
newly-created position of chief operating officer of the Clicks chain with effect
from 6 May 2013.

Keith (55) previously served as an executive director and chief financial officer of
the Clicks Group for over five years. He resigned from the group in March 2011
to take a break from the corporate environment.

Group chief executive officer, David Kneale, commented: “We are pleased to
have Keith rejoin the group to take on this leadership role in the Clicks chain. He
has extensive strategic, financial and operational experience in the retail industry.
His knowledge of the Clicks business and his relationship with all stakeholders,
including management, staff, suppliers and property owners, will ensure that he
will be effective immediately in managing the chain.”

The Clicks executive committee will report to Keith, who will in turn report to
David Kneale.
