Vivo Energy plc announces that it has changed its UK share registrar from Link Group, to Equiniti
Limited ('EQ') with effect from 1 November 2021.

No action by UK Shareholders is required at this time and, in due course, EQ will issue welcome
letters to all Shareholders and invite them to register for EQ’s Shareview Portfolio service.

There is no change to the South African branch registrar and therefore no action is required by South
African based investors. The South African branch register remains with JSE Investor Services (Pty)
Limited (JSE Investor Services).
