In accordance with Listing Rule 9.2.6E, the Company announces that a document describing
the rights attached to the Company’s listed equity shares, any limitations on those rights and
how to exercise such rights, has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the
National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be made available for inspection at
www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

The Company has a primary listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and
secondary listings on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, the Botswana Stock Exchange, the
