granted on 15 January 2013 under the Company's Annual Share Award Plan ("ASAP
Awards”) to Simon Scott, Acting Chief Executive and Chief Financial Officer, and the

As in the previous year, the participants’ bonus paid under the Balanced Scorecard
Bonus Plan is matched with ASAP Awards of an equivalent gross amount, which are
settled in shares at the point of exercise.

ASAP Awards are not subject to a post-grant performance condition as the FY2012
bonus plan acts as a pre-grant condition. They will vest on the third anniversary of the
date of grant (subject to continued employment) and can be exercised at any time
during the seven year period thereafter.
