APPOINTMENTS TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


The directors of Stor-Age (“the Board”) are pleased to announce the appointment of the following
additional independent non-executive directors with effect from 2 May 2018:

•      Ms Phakama Mbikwana:
       Ms Mbikwana graduated from Rhodes University in 2002 with a B.Com (Accounting and
       Economics) after which she completed a Bridging Certificate in the Theory of Accounting at
       Rand Afrikaans University. She also holds an International Executive Development Program
       certificate from US-based Duke Corporate (an affiliate of Duke University).

       Ms Mbikwana has more than 15 years’ experience in all segments of the banking industry and,
       until recently, held the position of Head of Construction and Related Sectors at Barclays Africa
       Limited. Prior to joining Barclays, she held roles at Standard Bank Group, Investment Solutions,
       Alexander Forbes Multi Asset Management and Nedbank Corporate. She is also the founder
       of Dandelion Capital, a company seeking to invest in diverse sectors in order to drive growth
       and influence strategy.

•      Ms Kelly-Maree de Kock:
       Ms de Kock is a Chartered Accountant (SA). She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”)
       charterholder and holds a MBA from the University of Cape Town. Since 2015, she has been
       an Executive Committee member of the Association of Black Securities and Investment
       Professionals (“ABSIP”), Western Cape.

       Ms de Kock has more than eleven years’ commercial experience in the financial services sector
       and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Old Mutual Wealth Trust Company.
       She previously held the positions of Head of Institutional Business Development at Kagiso
       Asset Management and Investor Relations Manager: South Africa at Old Mutual plc.

the Company.
