statements will be distributed to shareholders on 30 September
2013 and contain no modifications to the audited results which
were published on SENS on 27 August 2013.

Notice is hereby given that the 47th annual general meeting of RCL
shareholders will be held at Six The Boulevard, Westway Office
Park, Westville, KwaZulu-Natal on Tuesday, 19 November 2013 at
08h30 to transact the business as stated in the annual general
meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
