1.   RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING

     Shareholders are hereby advised that at the General Meeting of the Company held at 09:00 today, 18 June
     2015, in the boardroom, 1st Floor, Ou Kollege, 35 Kerk Street, Stellenbosch, all of the resolutions
     were passed by the requisite majority of the cumulative, non-redeemable, non-participating preference
