TRADING STATEMENT UPDATE                                                        
Shareholders are advised that headline earnings per share for the year ended 30 
September 2005 are expected to be between 20% and 30% lower than the previous   
year.                                                                           
Earnings per share for the year ended 30 September 2005 are expected to be      
between 30% and 40% lower than in the previous year.                            
The financial information on which this Trading Statement is based has not been 
reviewed and/or reported on by the Company"s auditors.
