Application has today been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London      
Stock Exchange for 7,045 Ordinary shares of $1 each that have been issued       
following the vesting of awards granted pursuant to the Stay & Prosper Plan.    
The shares will trade on The London Stock Exchange and be admitted to The       
Official List. All shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares
