                                  Director/PDMR shareholding

Lonmin Plc (the “Company”) was advised on 17 June 2015 pursuant to DTR 3.1.2 R by Jonathan
Leslie, a non-executive director of the Company, that on 9 June 2015 he acquired 856 ordinary
shares of $1 each in the Company pursuant to Glencore Plc’s in specie distribution announced on 7
May 2015.

Mr Leslie’s beneficial interest in the Company’s ordinary shares of $1 each has therefore increased
from 13,720 to 14,576 shares.
