STATEMENTS FOR THE THREE AND SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2018

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of Greenbay and the general
public that the condensed unaudited consolidated interim financial statements for the three and six months ended 31 March
2018 have been published and can be viewed on Greenbay's website (www.greenbayprop.mu).

Greenbay has primary listings on both the Official Market on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and Main Board of the
JSE Limited.
