Glencore plc (“Glencore”) announces that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary 
shares of US$0.01 each on the London Stock Exchange as part of the share repurchase 
programme announced on 20th August 2014: 

 

Date of purchase: 20th November 2014 

Number of ordinary shares purchased: 1,376,182 

Highest price paid per share: 326.95p 

Lowest price paid per share: 320.00p 

The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. 

 

Following the above transaction, Glencore holds a total of 101,150,075 of its ordinary shares in 
treasury and has 13,177,255,391 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
