   Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of FirstRand
   ordinary shareholders held on Wednesday, 21 May 2014 at 09:00, all
   of the ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of General
   Meeting incorporated in the Circular dated 11 April 2014 were
   passed, without modification, by the requisite majority of votes.
