Finbond has received a notification from Dr. W van Aardt of a
sale of Finbond shares by Kings Reign Investments (Pty) Ltd
(“KRI”). The rationale of the sale inter alia was to further
broaden the institutional shareholder base and public spread of
Finbond, to diversify and rebalance KRI’s investment portfolio
and to provide KRI with liquidity for strategic investment
purposes.
In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 (both inclusive) of
the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”)(“Listings
Requirements”), the information relating to dealing in Finbond
shares by an associate of a director of the Company is disclosed
as follows.
