Information Circular, Notice of Meeting and related proxy materials on May 16, 2013, in
connection with the Company’s annual general meeting to be held on June 12, 2013 at 10:00
A.M. in the Erickson Room, lobby level, 1075 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, British
Columbia, Canada. Copies of these documents are available during normal business hours on
