The Company has received notification of the following transactions involving the acquisition of ordinary
shares of £0.01 each ("Shares") in the Company on 25 October 2018 through the Company's Scrip Dividend
Scheme ("the Scrip"). The Shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange at £0.4164 per share, being
the Scrip reference share price.
