Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements (also
known as the Integrated Annual Report) of the Company will be
distributed to shareholders on Friday, 21 September 2012.

Notice of the Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 200
Constantia Drive, Constantia Kloof, Roodepoort, 1709 on Friday, 30
November 2012, at 09:00 to transact the business as stated in the
Annual General Meeting notice which will be distributed to
shareholders on 21 September 2012.

Last day to trade in order to be eligible to          16 November 2012
attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting
