VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: REDEMPTION AND ISSUE OF NOTES


Further to the voluntary announcement released on SENS on 12 May 2022 regarding the issue of
ZAR15,000,000 Unlisted Senior Secured Floating Rate Notes (USP02U) to ABSA Alternative Asset
Management Proprietary Limited ("AAM") under the Us Plus Limited ZAR1,000,000,000 Domestic
Medium Term Note Programme ("Programme"), the board of directors of UsPlus ("Board") hereby
announces the redemption thereof on 12 May 2024, in the amount of ZAR15,000,000.

In addition, the Board is pleased to announce a new issue of a further ZAR15,000,000 Unlisted Senior
Secured Floating Rate Notes (USP07U) to AAM under the Programme, bringing the total Notes in
issue to ZAR100,000,000. The USP07U Floating Rate Notes, which will be issued on 13 May 2024,
will mature on 13 November 2024.
