CHANGE TO THE BOARD: APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the board of directors of
Motus ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders of the appointment of Ms Lesego Judith Sennelo (Lesego)
as an independent non-executive director, a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the
Social, Ethics and Sustainability Committee with effect from 3 June 2024.

Lesego is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with BCom Accounting (Hons), HDip (Auditing) and Board Leadership
Course qualifications. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in 2003.

Lesego has over 20 years' experience in both the private and public sectors. She has diverse professional
experience including auditing, financial management, corporate governance, strategy and project development
and implementation as well as business development.

Between 2014 and 2017, Lesego served as Managing Director of African Women Chartered Accountants
Investment Holdings Proprietary Limited ("AIH"), where she was instrumental in deal origination. Prior to AIH
she:

•     held the position of Performance Improvement Manager in Finance at the Passenger Rail Agency of
      South Africa ("PRASA"), responsible for the Finance Transformation Project in the Group CFO Office;
      and

•     was a Partner at Modipane and Associates, an entrepreneurial venture, which provided SMMEs with
      business solutions, including audit services.

She currently serves on the Boards of various listed companies.

The Board wishes Lesego well in her new role at Motus.
