DELAY IN THE FINALISATION OF THE YEAR END AUDIT AND RELEASE OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL
STATEMENTS FOR EASYETFS (RF) PTY LTD AND THE EASYETFS SCHEME

Unitholders are hereby informed that due to the winding up of the Big50 ETF the release of the Annual
Financial Statements (AFS) for the year ending December 2023 have been delayed.

The Auditors, BDO South Africa Incorporated, have committed to finalising their audit by 30 June 2024,
after which the AFS will be released and published.

Trading in the Big50 ETF is suspended.
