PITTSBURGH – April 26, 2024 – Montauk Renewables, Inc., a renewable energy company specializing in the management, recovery and
conversion of biogas into renewable natural gas ("RNG"), will host a conference call and webcast on Thursday, May 9, 2024, at
5:00 p.m. Eastern time to discuss its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024. The Company will issue a press
