ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SYFANG SECURITIES

SYFANG has issued and will list an additional 3975697 securities with
effect from the commencement of business today, at an issue price of
approximately ZAR 12.49 per security.

Following the listing of the 3975697 securities, there will be 75493259
