Voluntary Announcement: USD8 million Senior Unsecured Debt Funding - Drawdown

Further to the announcement released on SENS on 8 March 2024 regarding (and using the terms defined
therein unless otherwise stated) the raising of USD8 million in Senior Unsecured debt funding from the United
States International Development Finance Corporation ("DFC facility"), the Board is pleased to announce that
UsPlus has made its first drawdown from the DFC facility in the amount of USD3 million. The drawdown allows

Finance Agency's facility of approximately R8 million with effect from today, 15 April 2024.
