NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF LESAKA SHAREHOLDERS ON JUNE 3, 2024

Notice is hereby given that the Company intends to hold a special meeting of shareholders at 15H00,
local time, 09H00 Eastern Time, on June 3, 2024, at President Place, 6th Floor, Cnr. Jan Smuts Avenue
and Bolton Road, Rosebank, Johannesburg, South Africa, to approve (i) an award of stock options to
its Executive Chairman and (ii) an amendment to its current Amended and Restated 2022 Stock
Incentive Plan.

https://ir.lesakatech.com/proxy.php. A final notice will be available on April 22, 2024.

Lesaka's Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on April 8, 2024, as the record date for
determining shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the special meeting.
