In accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised of the appointment of Dr. Duncan Pieterse as Director of New Development Bank with effect
from 1 April 2024 following the resignation of Mr. Dondo Mogajane on 1 April 2024.

The appointment is in line with the Issuer's governance processes.
