                                            US73931J1097), will be added to the index
                                            with a shares in issue total of 107,923,479 and
                                            an investability weighting of
                                            57.277435855343%

Please note: The number of shares will reflect the total number of shares listed upon admission on the
Main Board of the JSE, expected on the 26th March. The number of index shares will reflect the terms of
0.12762 PowerFleet shares for each Mix Telematics share held.

PowerFleet Inc will be a secondary inward listing on the JSE. The IFL free float will be reflected at the
June 2024 review.
