AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the Company's integrated report, incorporating the audited financial statements for the
year ended 31 December 2023, on which the Company's auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., have expressed an
unmodified audit opinion have been published and can be viewed on the Company's website at
https://www.lighthouse.mt/financials/.

The Lighthouse investor presentation is scheduled for 13:00 am (South African time) on Tuesday, 12 March 2024.

DISTRIBUTION
Shareholders are advised that on 7 March 2024, the Board approved a final distribution in respect of the 6-month period
ended 31 December 2023, in terms of which shareholders will be offered an option to receive the final distribution as
a cash dividend of 1,35 EUR cents per Lighthouse share, with an alternative scrip distribution option of 1,35 EUR
cents per Lighthouse share.

A circular to shareholders in respect of the election being offered to shareholders together with an election form, will
be posted to shareholders in due course. Further information in this regard with the salient dates will be communicated.
