CHANGE OF TRANSFER SECRETARIES

Shareholders are advised, that in terms of paragraph 11.39(b) of the
JSE Listings Requirements, JSE Investor Services (Pty)Limited
("JIS") will replace Computershare Investor Services (Pty) Limited
("Computershare") as transfer secretaries to Mpact, with effect from
1 March 2024.
