NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, THE DEBT OFFICER AND A BOARD
COMMITTEE

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 2 November 2023 and in
accordance with paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, the board of directors
(the "Board") of the Issuer wishes to advise noteholders that Mr. Matthew Joubert has been
appointed as an executive director to the Board, the Chief Financial Officer and the Debt Officer, with
effect from 1 March 2024, in order to fill an existing vacancy. Consequently, Mr. Joubert will be
appointed as a member of the Social and Ethics Committee with effect from 1 March 2024.

The Board confirms that it has considered and is satisfied with the competence, qualifications and
experience of the newly appointed Debt Officer.

The contact details of the Debt Officer will be provided once Mr. Joubert commences his role on 1
March 2024.

The Issuer confirms that the appointment of Mr. Matthew Joubert was done in accordance with the
Issuer's nomination policy.
