TRP121: CORRECTION - NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES
Shareholders are advised that the announcement released this morning, 20 December 2023, which referred to clients of Allan
Gray Proprietary Limited ("Allan Gray") having in aggregate, acquired an interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such
that the total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by Allan Gray's clients now amounts to 15.29% of the total
issued ordinary shares of the Company, contained an incorrect heading which referred to a "disposal" by Allan Gray and not
an "acquisition".
This release serves as a correction thereof.
The board of directors of Southern Sun ("the board") has relied on the accuracy of the information contained in the TRP 121.1
notification from Allan Gray in making this announcement, for which the board accepts responsibility and which information
to the best of its knowledge and belief is true. The board is not aware of any omission to this announcement that is likely to
affect the importance of the information included.
