THE BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT ("B-BBEE REPORT")
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of the Company's shareholders ("Shareholders"),
("Notice of AGM") will be held at 11:00 on Friday, 23 February 2024, entirely through electronic means, as more fully
set out in the Notice of AGM.
The Notice of AGM is available on the Company's website at https://quantumfoods.co.za/downloads/shareholder/quantum-foods-notice-of-agm-2023.pdf
from today and will be distributed to Shareholders on Monday, 22 January 2024, together with the summary audited consolidated annual
financial statements, with explanatory notes and commentary, for the year ended 30 September 2023 and a form of proxy.
Salient dates
2024
Record date to determine which Shareholders are entitled to receive the Notice of
AGM, on Friday, 12 January
Distribution of the Notice of AGM to Shareholders, on Monday, 22 January
Last day to trade in order to be eligible to attend, participate in and vote at the AGM,
on Tuesday, 13 February
Record date to determine which Shareholders are entitled to attend, participate in and
vote at the AGM, on Friday, 16 February
Forms of proxy for the AGM to be delivered so as to be received by the Company's
transfer secretaries by 11:00, on Wednesday, 21 February*
AGM to be held at 11:00, on Friday, 23 February
* Any forms of proxy not delivered by this date and time may be emailed to the Company's transfer secretaries,
Computershare Investor Services Proprietary Limited, at proxy@computershare.co.za, prior to the commencement of the AGM.
AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL INTEGRATED REPORT
Further to the publication of the audited consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2023
on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited ("JSE") on Friday, 1 December 2023 and available through
the JSE cloudlink and on the Company's website at https://quantumfoods.co.za/downloads/2023/annual-financial-
statements-for-the-year-ended-30-september-2023.pdf, Shareholders are advised that the Company's 2023 annual
integrated report containing, inter alia, the additional information required in terms of paragraph 8.62 of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements ("Listings Requirements") is available on the Company's website at
https://quantumfoods.co.za/downloads/2023/quantum-foods-integrated-report-2023.pdf.
AVAILABILITY OF THE B-BBEE REPORT
Shareholders are further advised, in accordance with the Listings Requirements, that the Company's latest annual
compliance report prepared pursuant to section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act,
No. 53 of 2003, as amended,is available on the Company's website at
