EMPLOYEES SAFELY RETURNED TO SURFACE AT BAKUBUNG PLATINUM MINE

Bakubung Platinum Mine is pleased to advise Shareholders that all employees have safely
returned to surface following an illegal sit-in at the mine on Wednesday, 6 December 2023.

Employees returned to surface on Friday, 08 December 2023 at approximately 23:00pm
following discussions between management and union leadership. They were all given
medical attention and cleared of any potential harm.
