LISTING OF ADDITIONAL SHARES

The Board of CA&S announces that the Company issued 510 904 new no par value ordinary
shares in terms of an acquisition issue between the Company, the Company's subsidiaries,
Pamstad Proprietary Limited ("Pamstad") and Smithshine Proprietary Limited ("Smithshine"),
and the minority shareholder of Smithshine, being Vikas Mehta (the "Seller"), in terms
whereof, inter alia, Pamstad agreed to purchase 5% of the issued share capital of Smithshine
from the Seller and the Company will acquire a loan claim from Pamstad, in exchange for the
issue of CA&S shares to the Seller.

Following the issue of the 510 904 new shares, the Company's total issued share capital
consists of 475 380 961 ordinary shares of no par value.
