YEAR ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2023 AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT



Shareholders are advised that the separate and consolidated audited annual financial
statements of the Company and the group for the year ended 30 September 2023 ("Annual
Financial Statements") have been published and are now available on the JSE cloud at
https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2023/JSE/ISSE/CML/AFS2023.pdf      and  on    the
Company's website at https://www.coronation.com/globalassets/repository/shareholder-
information/company-reports/2023/2023-cfm-annual-financial-statements.pdf.


Individuals who hold or have a beneficial interest in any securities issued by the Company
may obtain a copy of this document without charge, by (a) downloading it from the

The Annual Financial Statements contain no modifications to the Reviewed Condensed
Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended 30 September 2023 (including the nature
of the Company's external auditor's report), released on the Stock Exchange News Service
on Tuesday, 21 November 2023. KPMG Inc. has audited the Annual Financial Statements of
the Company and the group and has issued an unqualified audit report, which includes
communication of key audit matters.
