Shareholders are advised that the Company expects the following to be reported for the six months' period ended 30 September 2023: • Headline earnings per share were US$2.2 cents per share compared to a loss of US$6.9 cents per share for the six-month period to 30 September 2022. • Basic earnings per share were US$2.2 cents compared to a basic loss of US$6.9 cents per share for the six-month period to 30 September 2022. The reasons for the expected increases are an improved performance on listed equity investments, an increase in interest income earned on group cash balances, and an improved performance from the groups physical trading and trade finance divisions.
