APPROVES INTERIM PREFERENTIAL PROCUREMENT POLICY


Pursuant to our SENS announcement on the 24th of October 2023 on the withdrawal of the SANRAL
Preferential Procurement Policy (PPP), the SANRAL Board has approved an Interim PPP, effective
from the 28th of November 2023. The PPP is a component of the broader SANRAL Procurement
Policy, however, the main Procurement Policy remains unchanged. The Interim PPP can be found on
