                   DIVIDEND DECLARATION NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Board declared a final dividend
of US7.90 cents per share for the year ended 30 September 2023
payable in respect of all the ordinary shares of CAFCA Limited.
This dividend will be payable in full to all Shareholders of the
Company registered as at the close of business on 1 December
2023.
The payment of the dividend will take place on 18 December 2023.
The applicable shareholders' tax will be deducted from the Gross
Dividends.
The shares of the Company will be traded cum-dividend on the
Johannesburg Stock Exchange up to the market day of 28 November
2023 and ex-dividend as from 29 November 2023.

A further announcement will be made on 14 December 2023
stating the rate of exchange of the South African rand.

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised
between Wednesday, 29 November 2023 and Friday, 1 December
2023, both dates inclusive.




A shareholders tax of 10% will be withheld in Zimbabwe and 20%
in South Africa.


A further announcement will be made on the rate of exchange of
the South African rand.
Zimbabwe is the country of source of income, the dividend is
regarded as 'foreign' for the purposes of South African dividend
tax.



Shareholders are requested to submit/update their mailing and
banking details with the Transfer Secretaries to enable the
payment of their dividends on the following contacts.
