Shareholders are referred to the voluntary operational update released on
SENS on 7 September 2023 wherein it was stated that Delta would release its
Interim Results on or about Tuesday, 21 November 2023.

Shareholders are advised that Delta has postponed the release of the
Interim Results to on or about Tuesday, 28 November 2023.
