Disclosure of emphasis of matter

Further to the announcement released on 12 September 2023 and pursuant
to paragraphs 6.17(b) and 6.30 of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements,
noteholders are hereby informed of the emphasis of matter detailed in
the Auditor's Report, in relation to the restatement of the 2021/22
figures in the Annual Financial Statements. The restatement was a result
of an error in the financial statements of prior periods.
