AVAILABILITY OF THE UNAUDITED INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS

Pursuant to paragraph 6.17 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Debt Listings Requirements and Listing Rule
12.20 of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd ("SEM"), bondholders are advised of the following:

    •   The Issuer's unaudited interim financial results for the period ended 30 September 2023 are
        available for inspection at its registered office and through a secure electronic manner at the
        election of the person requesting such inspection at

INTEREST PAYMENT NOTIFICATION

Bondholders of the Issuer's ZAR 3 billion 5% Senior Unsecured Exchangeable Bonds due 3
December 2024 (the "Bonds") are advised of the following interest payment due on 4 December
2023:
