CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT: INTEREST PAYMENT NOTIFICATION

Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 27 October 2023 (the previous
announcement), in relation to the interest payment notification on the FRB38 notes. The issuer wishes
to notify the FRB38 noteholders that the coupon, interest amount due and interest period in the previous
announcement were incorrect. The correct coupon is 11.318%, interest amount due for FRB38 notes
is R 38 567 712.93 and the interest period is 6 September 2023 to 5 November 2023.
