Properties Limited and Paramount Property Fund Limited) to the Growthpoint Properties Limited R30bn DMTN
Programme are available for inspection at the specified office of the issuer, at no charge, during office hours
on business days.

The annual financial statements of the guarantors have been audited by Ernst & Young (EY), who have issued
an unmodified audit opinion.
