CHANGE TO EXTERNAL AUDITOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.78 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, SepHold advises that
PricewaterhouseCoopers Incorporated, has been appointed as the Company's external auditor with the designated
audit partner being Mr. Yusuf Kharwa, replacing BDO South Africa Incorporated ("BDO") with effect from
24 October 2023.
The change in external auditor is due to BDO being unable to accept an appointment as SepHold's auditor for the 2024
financial year end due to audit firm rotation requirements and their own independence guidelines.
