ANNUAL RESULTS RELEASE DATE AND HYBRID PRESENTATION


Dipula, a South African focused REIT that owns a diversified portfolio of retail, office, industrial and residential assets
across South Africa, will release its reviewed condensed consolidated financial results for the twelve months ended
31 August 2023 (the "annual results") on SENS on Wednesday, 15 November 2023.

Management will host a briefing on the annual results as follows:
